Unless you've been living under a rock, you likely have seen the headlines from the Beijing 2008 Olympics, which criticize the country's attempt to portray a cleaned-up, unified, flawless China:
And the list goes on. Everything about Beijing appears to be fake in an attempt to impress the world. So, where can a visitor to the Olympics go to discover some authentic Chinese culture? To the food stands, of course!
