Congressmen Go After 'Deceptive' Pharma Ads

Congressional leaders this week asked heads of four of the nation's largest pharmaceutical companies to pledge to marketing practices—in particular direct-to-consumer ads—that could reduce misleading and deceptive prescription drug advertising.
