The new cookbook has many of the expected beer-as-ingredient and beer-friendly recipes, such as chicken wings, pigs-in-blankets and beer soup. But many others are sophisticated and international, in part reflecting A-B's growing partnerships with brands such as Grolsch, Harbin, Kirin and Tiger.
