Truly Prophetic

Postman should dress in sackcloth and grow out his beard. This book, written in the mis-eighties, predicts with disturbing accuracy the trend toward the trivial and how it affects dialog. I use it as a non-fiction companion when teaching 1984 and Fahrenheit 451. I highly recommend it.
